Value for money2/5A world-class room, but about €19 for a short chapel visit, with apartments often closed and scaffolding in 2026, draws repeated value complaints.
Can’t get it elsewhere5/5Nothing else in the city, or most of Europe, matches this chapel; Monreale is the only comparable mosaic interior nearby.
Easy to do3/5Walkable from the centre and no mandatory booking, but long queues, dress code, Sunday Mass closure and changing hours.
